Healthy 2009
DECISION POINT
Everyone has some sort of defining moment. I’ve unfortunately had many over the years – but my inner self wasn’t willing to allow me to listen. So now that I’m approaching 43, this is the year. 2009.
METHOD
WW 2008 program, largely based around CORE, as I’m not much of a processed food eater. Exercise will consist of Treadmill activity, and “My Fitness Coach” for the WII. More activities will occur once it is warm again outside.
GOALS
Well, I’m not going to give myself some stupid unrealistic goal. I’m just going with 10% (or lets just say 20 lbs) for the first goal – in a maximum of 20 weeks. 20 lbs will make a huge difference.
PROGRESS
Jan 01, 2009 – 180 lbs – as well as the standard array of pics that will continue to remind me that I never want to be this weight ever again.
