OK, Exercise could have been better – but food was on points for the week, with barely touching my flex points. For that I’m very happy.

175.5 – Weight – Jan 19/2009
1.0 – Weight lost last week
4.5 – Weight lost since beginning of BLBE
This week will be better – my class on Tuesday is on-line, so I only have to head out once this week.

I always cook, pre-portion and freeze my work lunches. Makes it so much easier to eat healthfully and manage your calories (or points, as the case may be). Good job!
