Congrats on your efforts
I participated in a workshop in which we made our own postcards and had the option of writing a secret on it. Sometimes, when I go to Chapters, I take a look at the book that has *lots* of “postsecrets” in it.

I *love* postsecret

and that response is SO true, i can’t count how much time i’ve spent TALKING about losing the weight when instead i could have been that time and DOING something about it.

Its official to me…congrats!

My scale is, however, moving in the opposite direction – good thing I’m not on BLBE!

Its okay though – getting to start again is the best thing about life (except when frogging entire sweater fronts…some do overs I would rather miss…not that this has happened recently).
